Where passion meets the stage.

Elżbieta Czeszejko is a respected dancer, choreographer and dance teacher, a graduate of the State Ballet School in Gdańsk. She began her stage career at the Baltic Opera in Gdańsk and gained artistic experience working with the Baltic Artistic Agency BART, Polish Television and numerous stage projects across the country.

For nearly three decades she was involved in artistic and educational work in Wejherowo, where she raised several generations of young dancers. As a choreographer, director and instructor she created dozens of dance and ballet productions, and the ensembles she led won hundreds of awards at national and international competitions. In her work she combined the highest standards of ballet technique with a passion for nurturing the talents of children and youth.

She is a laureate of numerous awards and honours for her artistic activity and contribution to culture. In 2024 she received the Rose Medal of the Mayor of Wejherowo for her many years of teaching, artistic and educational work. Over the years she has trained more than 1,500 young dancers, many of whom continued their education at ballet schools and on professional stages in Poland and abroad.

She is the creator of ballet productions such as „The Nutcracker” and the author of hundreds of choreographies presented at festivals, competitions and cultural events. Her work left a lasting mark on the dance community of Pomerania, and the name Elżbieta Czeszejko has for years been associated with professionalism, passion and an exceptional approach to working with young artists.

Her motto can be summed up in one sentence: „Dance is not only the art of movement, it is a path to discovering talent, character and sensitivity”.

Anna Czeszejko-Gromadka – soloist of the Polish National Ballet, choreographer and dance teacher. A graduate of the Janina Jarzynówna-Sobczak State Ballet School in Gdańsk. Since 2011 she has been part of the Polish National Ballet at the Grand Theatre – National Opera in Warsaw, developing her career from company dancer, through coryphée, to the position of soloist. On the stage of the Grand Theatre she has created numerous solo roles in the classical and contemporary repertoire, appearing among others in „Don Quixote”, „Swan Lake”, „La Bayadère”, „The Nutcracker”, „Mayerling” and „Chopiniana”.

Alongside her stage career she is passionately devoted to teaching. As a trainer and choreographer she has for many years taught children and youth, passing on not only technical knowledge but also values connected with teamwork, discipline and a love of dance.

She is the founder of Future Dance Academy – a dance school whose competitors regularly win medals and titles at regional and national competitions. Her students represent the school and the city of Pruszków at numerous artistic and sporting events.

In her work she combines the experience of a professional stage artist with a modern approach to dance education, creating a space where young dancers can develop their talent, confidence and passion for art.

My passion for dance goes back to kindergarten, when I began dancing with the "Mazowsze" State Folk Song and Dance Ensemble. I won Polish and European champion titles in jazz and modern formations and mini-formations in the WADF federation. I have worked with outstanding choreographers and dancers such as Anna Wielogórska, Filip Ponikiewicz and Katarzyna Mieczkowska. For a year I attended a dance and theatre programme at a high school in Łódź, studying dance history, anatomy, choreography and composition, acting and a range of dance styles. I have trained continuously for 15 years and keep growing at workshops and dance camps.

Łukasz Mielko is a vocalist, teacher and vocal coach. He graduated in Jazz and Popular Music at UMCS in Lublin. For eight years he sang with the band Sound'n'Grace, recording albums and touring across Poland. For the past two years he has focused on his solo project, MieloW, sharing his music, lyrics and good energy with audiences. Day to day he works with children and teenagers, helping them grow their passion and develop a sensitivity to art and culture.

Hi! My name is Maria Kaczmarska and I teach jazz and modern dance. I started dancing at the age of six, and ever since it has been my greatest passion. I have danced with leading companies such as Luzik 1, Jazz One and Jazz One Junior, winning the Polish championship title and 3rd place at the World Championships, among others. I am currently a dancer on Sanah's concert tour and take part in other dance projects. In my classes I focus on technique and body awareness, developing rhythm and coordination, learning jazz and modern choreography, and building confidence on stage and beyond.

I started dancing in early childhood, trying many different styles. But my love for jazz began in 2018, when I came under the wing of one of the best choreographers in Poland. Since then I have kept developing and learning, earning numerous achievements in both group and solo performances on the IDO stage. Recently I decided to take a competitive „retirement” and start my journey from the other side, as a coach.

For me, dance is an extraordinary art form that combines physical and artistic strength to create one-of-a-kind performances on stage, and that is the approach I want to share in the studio.

A graduate of the Academy of Physical Education in Warsaw and a sports acrobatics coach with 9 years of experience. He specialises in teaching and refining acrobatic elements, physical preparation and developing movement coordination.

Zosia began her adventure with acrobatics and dance at the age of six, and years of passion and determination led her to compete at the IDO and WADF Polish Championships, where she won several Polish champion, vice-champion and second vice-champion titles. She has also stood on the podium of the Polish Sports Acrobatics Championships.

Day to day she specialises in styles such as jazz, modern and sports acrobatics. Her journey began with cheerleading, dancing on the pitch of Legia Warsaw during football matches.

In the studio Zosia combines professionalism with a warm approach to her students. She currently trains at Egurrola Dance Studio under Katarzyna Mieszkowska and keeps growing.

It feels as though the stage has always been part of my life. Anna Gałan was the first to show me the extraordinary world of theatre and instil in me a love of performing. Then, under the watchful eye of wonderful teachers – Maria Gudejko, Piotr Bondyra, Konrad Korkosiński and Jacek Stefanik – I developed my craft, performing at Monopolis and the Impro Comedy Theatre.

I graduated from an acting-profile high school, took part in numerous theatre and improvisation courses, and I am currently studying pedagogy. At the same time I am completing an improvisation specialisation at the Impro Comedy Theatre in Łódź and developing my skills under my mentor, Remigiusz Jankowski.

It was improvisation that stole my heart. I love its authenticity, spontaneity and the way it teaches the courage to act despite uncertainty. Today I combine my passion with working with children. I believe every child deserves a space where they can grow freely, try new things and not be afraid of making mistakes. For me, mistakes are one of the most valuable parts of learning – they show that we are trying, experimenting and stepping outside our comfort zone. There is no room for perfectionism in improvisation, and every slip can become the beginning of something valuable and unexpected. I want to teach children that mistakes are not failure, but a natural step in growth that builds confidence, resilience and the courage to act. I want to give them wings, because the world too often tries to clip them.

I combine pedagogical knowledge with stage experience, because I believe improvisation is more than theatre – it is a tool for building confidence, creativity and the courage to be yourself.
